Points are computed as ranking points * stage bonus. 100 points is given to 1st-place team and 1 point is given to 100th place team. No ranking points are given if a team has an OPR below 100th.
For years with only worlds and qualifiers, stage weight is 3 for qualifiers and 7 for worlds.
For 2000 and 2001 where no worlds were held, weight is 10 for qualifiers.
For years with super regionals, stage weight is 1 for qualifiers, 3 for super-regionals, and 6 for worlds.
All ranking is computed against the worldwide set of teams.
